Recipe: Tzatziki Eggs

I love me some breakfast. Loooove. Here’s a quick, easy, healthy and delicious recipe (and what I’m eating as I type!). Did someone say breakfast of champions?

Ingredients:

2 eggs, scrambled
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
2 crispreads of choice (I used Ryvita), broken up
1/2 cucumber, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Pile all the above into a bowl.
  2. Mix.
  3. Eat.
